South Shore Realtors® Code of Ethics Course Compliance Policy

Per the National Association of Realtors®' Bylaws: All REALTORS® are required to complete a 2.5 hour Code of Ethics training every three years. The current 3-year cycle is 1/1/22-12/31/24. The Code of Ethics Certificates will be accepted for 2.5 hour completed courses given by local MA Realtor® Associations (i.e. South Shore Realtors®) or the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®. Any certificates from a third party (not listed above) will need to be submitted to info@SouthShoreRealtors.com prior to cycle end date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the instructor/school meets NAR COE curriculum standards. If they do not meet the standards, the certificate will not be accepted and membership will be in jeopardy of suspension until a COE certificate satisfying requirements is submitted before cycle end date.
