Rhode Island Association of Realtors (RIAR) is offering a Commercial Leasing Course with instructor Robert Nahigian
Study the basics of commercial leases, including the leasing process, factors to consider with a lease, defining statutes or frauds, differences between TAW and TIS lease agreements, rights given to tenants, basic components found in a lease, transfer of interests and RI case studies to assist the licensee to better serve their commercial customer/client.
