My 30 plus years of non-profit management experience encompasses a diverse range of areas from finance, purchasing and education to membership and components. I build highly successful mission-driven strategic partnerships with all stakeholders.

I thrive in an environment that highlights education through lifelong learning and encourages empowerment, high performance team building and level five leadership.

I am passionate when it comes to giving back to the real estate and the association industries, whether it is through my current CEO position, ongoing volunteer work at ASAE, Association Forum, our state and National RealtorĀ® Associations, the South Shore Chamber of Commerce or charitable organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
