This fast paced content-filled two hour program focuses on the nuts and bolts of South Shore Realtors® Association Management and includes: effective Board/Committee governance, strategic planning, optimizing team player performance and being an effective team leader.

In a highly collaborative, interactive atmosphere, you'll explore the intricacies of team dynamics and how to manage them. Learn to manage effective group meetings, resolve conflict, work successfully with others and unleash your full leadership potential. You will leave this session better equipped to assist in creating a positive, welcoming and supportive team culture within our organization.

CEO, Rachel Tristano, will lead you on a journey based on 30 plus years of experience, and specializing in governance, team/relationship building and best practices for local, state and national Associations.

This training is open to all members of South Shore Realtors® and is mandatory for all 2023 volunteers.
