Rhode Island Association of Realtors (RIAR) is offering a Commercial Lease Course with instructor Robert Nahigian

Identify commercial lease clauses of particular interest to landlords. Topics include residential versus commercial lease differences, use of corporate resolution, death clause, exclusivity and prohibited uses, radius restrictions, co-tenancy, brokerage and relocation clauses, hazardous waste, parking and more.

$40 RI Members/$50 non-members. Price increases by $10 after September 2nd.
